Oscar Rivera to Host ICSC Webinar Titled “Legal Issues & Landlord/Tenant Relations Concerning the Law” on Sept. 5

Partner Oscar R. Rivera will be presenting an online webinar as part of the International Council of Shopping Center’s Educational Webinars series on Wednesday, September 5, from 2-3 p.m. ET. The webinar, which is titled “Legal Issues & Landlord/Tenant Relations Concerning the Law,” will focus on the economics of leases. It will cover how to better address the key economic points and the inter-relationships between the leasing team, the legal team and the operations team. Oscar will also focus on how seemingly non-economic provisions of a lease can have significant economic consequences, and how to address such issues.

The webinar will be geared for beginner to intermediate level participants, and it qualifies for 0.5 credits for ICSC certification.
